Ensure that the membrane is throughly embedded sand smooth out all air pockets and creases. Overlaps of adjacent membrane must be a minimum of 50 mm. Step 3 : Immediately apply a second coat of Best Block Trafficguard 6000 compound while the base coat is still wet to fully saturate the membrane from both sides Step 4 : When touch dry, apply a final top coat to complete application. Protect from rain until dry. Cleaning : Remove uncured Best Block Trafficguard 6000 with water. Cured material can only be removed Limitations : Ambient and surface temperatures must be between 50 C and 350 C during application. Do not attemt application it rain is imminent Avoid ponding water. Cautions : Use adequate ventilation. Safety googles and chemical resistant gloves are recommended remove contaminated clothing immediately. First AID Skin Contact : Wash thoroughly with soap and water Eye Contact : Flush immediately with water for 10 – 15 minutes and contact a physician Respiratory Problems : Remove affected person to fresh air immediately and contact a physician Hygiene : Wash hands immediately after use, wash clothing before re – use.
